2. For a digest version of the list:

How to Unsubscribe:

Send a blank, no topic - no signature e-mail to littlejohnny-unsubscribe@topica.com.

2. Via the Topica web site:

One popular feature is the Vacation Hold, using this feature you can turn off list delivery until you decide to turn it back on again.

From the "Your Lists" page, select "Web Only - No Email" from the drop-down "delivery method" menu next to each list name. Once you have changed the method of delivery posts from the list will not go to your email account. You will NOT be removed from the lists, but you won't receive mail from these lists until you change the delivery method back.
